Our Client Care information and Terms of Business
Our staff retention levels are excellent. One consequence of this for our clients is that we have a stable and long serving team that is able to build strong relationships and commit to spending sufficient time to get to know clients and the sectors in which they operate. We find that the key to the provision of first class levels of client care is good communication and a collaborative approach.
We do not impose particular client care programmes on our clients – rather, we ask them what they want; we listen to their requirements; and we work closely with our clients to implement processes that best suit their needs. We propose a similar approach to the management of our ongoing relationship with all commercial clients.
