About The Department
The Litigation Department has considerable expertise and experience in a full range of commercial and civil litigation.
We recognise that in the vast majority of disputes no party wishes to be involved in Court adjudication or arbitration proceedings. To that end the firm boasts 7 qualified mediators who, together with the other fee earners in the department, can advise of alternative ways of resolving the dispute without the need for litigation.
Where litigation is required however, the team has extensive expertise to enable us to assist in the preparation and presentation of our client’s cases in the County Court, High Court and the appellate Courts and in Adjudication and Arbitration proceedings.
Several members of the Department are recommended in the UK’s Legal Directories as leaders in their particular field of specialism.
