Children Issues
Sometimes it is the case when a couple separate that disagreement arises regarding arrangements for any children.
Sometimes arguments arise over where the children should live (residence) or what arrangements should be made for the children to have time with each parent (contact). We are pleased to be able to offer expert advice upon these matters. Sometimes the issue relates to the financial aspects of caring for children and again we can assist and guide regarding the appropriate level of maintenance that might be expected to be paid given the particular circumstances of an individual's case.
It is our experience that although the law that is applied is the same, the fact is that each case is different and all cases require a sympathetic and understanding approach which is designed not to aggravate any issues that may be under discussion.
