Unfortunately many marriages today end in the divorce court.
We are sympathetic to the wish of all clients in these upsetting circumstances to attempt to facilitate an amicable settlement without the need for recourse to the courts.
If it is necessary for proceedings to be issued however we are able to offer a wide ranging service for clients. Ian Lanch who heads the department is nationally known and recognised for his expertise in dealing with assets with a high value. Although not now offering a legal aid facility Gosschalks has developed a low cost alternative which avoids the bureaucracy of the public funding service and is very transparent in the costs that are involved.
