Free Employment Law Update: 7 and 9 March 2016

Join us for a free employment law update seminar that aims to provide a refreshing and practical snapshot of the current issues and changes in HR and employment law that have occurred over the last six months.

As always our seminars focus on the areas that can often cause confusion for employers and their in house HR staff.  We will explain all of the recent changes in terms of what they mean for you in a practical, day-to-day sense.

We'll also tell you about recent cases which have changed the law in the last six months to help keep you up to speed with the latest developments and in line with current legislation; as ever we aim to do this in just one hour!

Topics include:

  • Employers monitoring personal messages
  • The living wage
  • Verbal references
  • Disciplinaries and discriminations
  • And more
