Neil was born in Hull and joined Gosschalks from another local firm in 1988. For many years, Neil headed up the Residential Conveyancing department and was responsible for forging relationships on behalf of the firm with many of the UK’s leading house builders.
“Over the years, despite becoming more technically able and commercially aware, it is the overriding desire to do my best for the client that drives me. Nothing beats that feeling of reaching a successful conclusion and delivering the news to my client."
Neil transferred to the Commercial Property department in 1998 when his focus changed to advising national clients with large property estates as well as looking after local developers. He’s best known for his commercial awareness and determination to work through even the most complicated property transactions without losing focus for his clients.

“I have a very hard working ethos, so I turn to music, travel, regular exercise and watching sport to wind down and to keep the body and mind in good working order. It’s the only way to stay sharp and to ensure I’m able to deliver the level of service that our clients have come to expect."
