About Rachel…

Rachel hails from Cambridgeshire. She took Psychology and History at Keele University before going on to study the PDGL and LPC at the College of Law in Chester. After training with Ingrams, Rachel took a years’ secondment in London to work for Segens and Co. She qualified into the Property Litigation team at Andrew Jackson in January 2007.

In July 2008, Rachel joined the Property Litigation team at Gosschalks and was promoted to Associate in September 2012, becoming a Partner in September 2014.

She specialises in all areas of property litigation and landlord and tenant matters, including: tenants right to first refusal, residential leasehold enfranchisement, service charges, lease renewal litigation, commercial and residential possession proceedings and debt recovery.

Rachel also deals with general commercial litigation, including contractual disputes.
