Rachel Norton

Client Liaison

"Being in a position to successfully steer clients through a particularly stressful time is one of the most rewarding parts of my job."

About Rachel…

Rachel joined Gosschalks in August 2002 working initially within our administration department. She quickly progressed to become a secretary in the Residential Conveyancing department before taking on the Client Liaison role in the same team.

As the first point on contact for residential conveyancing clients, Rachel is an integral part of the conveyancing team. She handles a high-number of enquiries and deals with home sales and purchases from the point of instruction through to exchange, completion and beyond, and strives to provide the sort of service she would want if she were moving home.

Having fostered good working relations with other local firms of solicitors and with local estate agents and mortgage brokers, she is very experienced at working as a team with others to help achieve a positive response to any particular problem.

Rachel has built up a respectable reputation for offering a top quality, friendly, fast and efficient service. With a meticulous attention to detail, she has extensive knowledge and experience in property and conveyance issues which allow her to anticipate and avoid potential problems and works diligently to see that the process runs smoothly.

“Buying and selling a property is one of the most stressful times in many people’s lives and so we always aim to make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible.”

Rachel is passionate about the work she does, especially her relationships with clients and her professional colleagues, and takes great pride in being part of the Residential Conveyancing department and the excellent reputation they have gained.

When not in the office, Rachel is a fitness bunny and can often be seen working out at her local gym before the working day begins!

“The job satisfaction I get from telling a client their property transaction is complete makes all the hard work worthwhile.”
