“In some cases, litigation is unavoidable. As such, it needs to be dealt with appropriately to ensure that the costs and time incurred are kept to a minimum in achieving the correct outcome.”
Victoria is well known for her pragmatic, client-focussed approach and determination to achieve the best possible result for her clients.
“Litigation is not a walk in the park and should be the last resort. For private clients, it’s stressful and they have to appreciate it will affect them in one way or another. We work with the client to ensure that they can anticipate and thereafter manage the inevitable stress.”
