Kate joined Gosschalks as a trainee solicitor in September 1999, qualified in 2001 and became a partner in September 2006. She has recently been heavily involved in major residential development projects in the South East.

Kate acts mainly for landowners in connection with commercial and residential development projects dealing with land acquisitions and disposals, land assembly and strategic options.
