Rob joined Gosschalks in September 1992 as a trainee solicitor. He qualified in 1994 and started work in the Commercial Litigation Department. Rob became an associate solicitor in 1998. In February 2000 he went to work for Lupton Fawcett solicitors in Leeds. In September 2001 he rejoined Gosschalks as a partner in the Commercial Litigation department.
Rob's main focus has been on property litigation and in particular in building a team to deal with resolving disputes for Pub Companies. He is a representative on the Northern Committee of the Property Litigation Association and is also an accredited mediator.
Rob has had articles and letters published in leading Property Journals including the "Estates Gazette", "Commercial Leases" and "The Morning Advertiser".
