Robert joined Gosschalks as an Articled Clerk on 2 September 1985 and was admitted as a solicitor on 15 October 1987. He was appointed partner in September 1995.
Robert is an experienced Personal Injury solicitor handling cases of all types of accident work acting mainly on behalf of insurers including providing representation at Inquests. Substantial experience of representing Defendants in cases involving large vehicles where the special characteristics of the vehicle need to be considered.
Robert represents parties in residential landlord and Tenant disputes including possession and disrepair cases. Robert also handles some general litigation and provides additional advocacy capacity for the firm's Licensing Department.
Robert is the Appeals Assessor for the Legal Services Commission considering Appeals from the decisions of the LSC staff .
