Steve qualified as a solicitor in March 2001, joining Gosschalks soon after. He became a partner in 2007.
Steve specialises in insolvency and corporate support. Specific types of work will depend upon the nature and needs of the client.
Within and alongside the specialist work described above, Steve maintains a general commercial litigation caseload including contractual claims, sale of goods, disputes between shareholders and directors, and property litigation.
Over a number of years Steve has been instructed by insolvency practitioners in several high profile and complex administrations and has the honour of being the only lawyer in our city to be commended for his Insolvency expertise in Chambers & Partners.
