Andrew Mallory
Partner
Andrew articled at Rollit Farrell and Bladon between 1991 and 1992. He then joined Burstalls Solicitors as an Assistant Solicitor upon qualifying in 1992 and practiced in all areas of non-contentious law including Residential Property, Commercial Property and Probate with a strong bias towards Residential Property. He became a Partner within that practice in 1998.
Andrew joined Gosschalks as a Partner in 2000.
Aside from his day to day conveyancing work, Andrew works closely with our IT Manager continually developing advanced case management systems for both residential property transactions and the in house production of Home Information Packs.
Andrew specialises in residential sales and purchases including freehold and leasehold properties. In particular acting for property investors and purchasers of new build properties from national and local developers.
