Stephen Walker
Partner
Steve first joined the firm as long ago as 1977, straight from School, working with the late, great Les Green to assist him with the large amount of conveyancing he was doing at that time. Three years later he went to Law School to do a Law Degree and the Solicitor's finals and qualified in 1986. Steve then left Gosschalks for a while and became the head of the domestic conveyancing department at another firm in Hull before returning to Gosschalks in 1995.
Since then he has specialised in wills, trusts, probate and inheritance tax advice but he still keeps his hand in with conveyancing work, especially where complex titles are concerned. In 2004 he qualified as a Notary Public, which involves preparing and authenticating documents for use in foreign countries.
Steve specialises in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Advice, Conveyancing and Notarial Work. He is a member of the Law Society, Notary Public and Notaries Society.
