Charlotte has worked in residential conveyancing for many years, having initially gained experience as a secretary before progressing into a fee-earning role in 2018. She joined us at Gosschalks in January 2026, bringing with her extensive experience in residential property.
Since joining the firm, Charlotte has completed her Level 6 CILEx qualification and is now a Graduate Member and CILEx Advanced Paralegal. She is now working towards qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive next year.
Within our team, Charlotte deals with residential sales and purchases for both private individuals and property investment clients, including portfolio work where required.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, gardening and reading.
