Managing your staff
Whether it’s disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, dismissals, flexible working requests or whatever, we have years of experience of dealing with every type of situation. The first thing we do is get an understanding of what you want to achieve. From there we explain the legal background and put together a plan of action. After that we are with you every step of the process, giving you advice, drafting paperwork and supporting you to get where you want to get to. We never lose sight of your objectives.
Contracts, Policies and Procedures
Having the right documentation in place is critical for employers and we can supply contracts of employment, staff handbooks and everything else you need. From basic contracts to complete suites of policies. We don’t just press print and supply you with standard documentation either, we take the time to make sure you get contracts and procedures that work for you and your industry.
Protecting Your Business
Does your organisation have all the protection it could possibly have? We can help you put in place restrictive covenants, garden leave rights and other provisions that secure your customers and client information if the worst comes to the worst. And if that day does come? We are experienced in taking the swift enforcement action needed to put you and your business back in control.
Training and Seminars
We design bespoke training courses for clients either at your premises or in our dedicated training suite. Perhaps you need basic HR training for front line managers, or an Equal Opportunities refresher for the directors? We can tailor a training course to suit you and your budget.
We provide twice yearly employment law update seminars for clients in March and September to bring you up to date on forthcoming legislation and notable cases from the previous six months. These are at both our offices and Forest Pines in North Lincolnshire and they are free. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like to come along.
