About Jessica...
Jessica qualified in 2019 and is now an Associate within our Litigation Team. She studied Law at the University of Hull, graduating with a 2:1 and went on to study the LPC with a masters degree in law, passing with a Distinction.
Jessica initially joined Gosschalks in 2021 before joining a regional firm in 2024 where she dealt primarily with debt and property related matters. She returned us in late 2025 to strengthen our property litigation team.
Jessica specialises in the following areas:
- Possession action
- Boundary and easement disputes
- Nuisance and trespass issues
- The service of contractual and statutory notices
- Lease renewal applications
- Commercial leasehold disputes
- Property related debt recovery
Jessica takes time to really understand her clients’ industries and the commercial context of the legal challenges she is instructed to deal with. She is diligent in all aspects of her work and adopts a pragmatic approach where necessary.
Outside of work Jessica is usually found somewhere outdoors with her two little boys, burning off their barrels of energy.
