Kate has spent most of her working life in Hull and in Lincolnshire. Qualified as a HR Manager, she worked in both the public and private sector for 15 years. Kate retains her membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
A keen interest in the law drove Kate to re-train as a solicitor. She has been qualified for 15 years and specialises in employment law. She uses her extensive knowledge of the working world to advise and support her clients.
Kate’s experience is further enhanced by her work as a Tribunal Member in the Employment Tribunals, her work as a charity trustee and the experience she has gained from involvement in the family farm.
Outside work Kate values every minute of the time spent with her husband and family. She also loves tennis, skiing, sewing, reading and the odd codeword.
