About Lauren...

Lauren joined Gosschalks in July 2014 initially working within our Administration Department. Over the years, Lauren progressed to a Legal Secretary and then into a Paralegal role within the Litigation Department. During her time at Gosschalks, Lauren studied a Bachelor of Laws, completed the Legal Practice Course and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025.

Having previously worked as a Litigation Paralegal, Lauren gained invaluable litigation experience routinely advising both landlords and tenants on commercial lease renewals, opposed and unopposed.

Alongside lease renewals, Lauren also acts on a wide range of general and property litigation matters including:-

• Leasehold covenant enforcement • Lease terminations • Forfeiture / possession claims • Dilapidations • Squatter eviction

Outside of work, Lauren spends most of her time either with family and friends, at the gym or on holiday.
