“I’m pragmatic and have a commercial attitude, which has come about with my varied experience in the department. This helps me achieve the goals that my clients set as quickly and with as little ‘pain’ to them as possible.”
Now a Partner and Head of Property, Mark has twenty years’ experience and specialises in general commercial property and development work.
“It’s my job to achieve the client’s goals within the deadlines and steer them around what can sometimes be a legal minefield.”
Mark is a regular speaker at a range of commercial property focussed events including the RICS (Yorkshire & Humber) legal updates hosted by the firm.
