Sam joined Gosschalks in June 2015 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018 and is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. Sam plays a key role in helping the firm strengthen its Private Client services within the Wills and Probate Team.
Sam specialises in areas covering Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning and Care fee planning and areas covering Trusts, Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications.
