Ellie joined the firm in March 2024 having worked in the legal profession for a number of years prior.
Having initially joined the Licensing Department as a Licensing Administrator supporting a number of popular supermarkets and convenience stores, she was promoted to Senior Licensing Administrator in October 2025.
Ellie is currently studying her Bachelor of Law Degree with the University of Hull and is looking forward to qualifying as a solicitor in the future.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending time with her friends and family and travelling to different cities and countries.
