Client Liaison

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Admin Team as Client Liaison.

If you are a confident communicator, organised, can think on your feet and can go above and beyond to provide an outstanding visitor experience, then we want to hear from you.

As well as answering calls you would provide support with the firm's business development activities to include updating the firm's CRM system, assistance with event management, supporting internal staff initiatives and providing support with social media.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.15pm with an hour for lunch, based at our Queens Gardens office in the centre of Hull.

Salary would be dependent upon experience.

Paralegal - Commercial Property Team

We are looking for a motivated and energised individual to join the Commercial Property Team with a focus on asset based lending and post-completion duties for the whole Team. Ideally you would come from a conveyancing background and be used to a fast-paced working environment. But if not, specific on the job training would be given.

Responsibilities would include obtaining search indemnity insurance policies, obtaining office copies, preparing Land Registry forms, chasing for updates, preparing and submitting SDLT forms and drafting reports on title. You would be responsible for the day to day running of files but under the close supervision of the responsible fee earner. If you’re organised, have good time management and strong communication skills, good research skills and the ability to work on your own but also as part of the team then we want to hear from you.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm) based at our Queens Gardens office.
